Please note, student attendance is a requirement for a VOE to be issued. If your student has received a truancy letter or has more than 4 absences in one class period, your Assistant Principal will be notified prior to fulfillment.
Fish Camp 2025
Fish Camp 2025 registration is now OPEN! All incoming freshmen are encouraged to attend and will receive a FREE freshman shirt!
Please register by July 11th to guarantee you get the shirt size you need. Registrations after July 11th are not guaranteed their desired shirt size. We can't wait to see you there!

In honor of Dr. Chandler's birthday this weekend, H9 staff planned a surprise "Dress Like Jeff" day yesterday! The building was full of staff members wearing red, Star Wars, jerseys, and lots of Crocs!

Our H9 AVID students had a college field trip day yesterday! They visited SMU, and then went to UTD for a guided tour.

Our amazing PTA coordinated another food truck day for our H9 students yesterday! Students got to enjoy an extended lunch in the beautiful sunshine with friends!

Yearbooks will be distributed on May 15 at RHHS and May 16 at H9 in the cafeteria before school and during all lunches.
There will be extra books for purchase for $90 cash or check made payable to RHHS - first come, first serve.

Shannon Elementary pre-kindergarten students drew monsters a few months ago, and H9 immediately jumped on the opportunity to collaborate! Our fashion design students brought their monsters to life by creating plushies, principles of architecture designed a room for the monster to live, principles of education wrote their story!
Today, the Shannon students came to H9 to receive their monsters and spent precious time with the students who brought their drawings to life!

Ryder S. & Naomi O. got first in Mixed Doubles and are District Champs! They will head to Regionals in Waco and play May 7-9th.
